When it comes to understanding the process of downloading photos or videos, it is crucial to be aware of the source of those downloads. They may either be downloads made available by the photographer directly within your Gallery, or downloads that you have purchased from a Gallery.
Please be advised that the photographer has the authority to decide whether or not to allow downloads and the specific types of downloads that will be offered. If you have any inquiries about the downloading options available through your Gallery, kindly reach out to your photographer directly.

How to Download a Full Gallery
Once you have obtained access to a Gallery from which you intend to download, you will notice a downloading icon located in the top-right corner of the content in the Gallery, provided that the photographer has enabled the option to download the Full Gallery.
- To initiate the download process, click on the
download icon. If you have already provided your email address during your Gallery visit, the system will automatically utilize that address for this download request.
- If you have not previously provided your email address during your visit to the Gallery, you will be prompted to enter an email address where your downloads can be sent.
- Click on the Continue button to proceed.
By submitting this request, the files will be retrieved for the purpose of downloading, and they will be consolidated into a .zip file. Once all content has been gathered into the .zip file, and are prepared for download, you will be notified with an email message that includes the next step for downloading.
- In the email that you receive once your download is ready, click on the Go To My Download Page button.
- You'll be taken to the Downloads page associated with your email address which will provide you with a history of all the Gallery downloads you've requested. Find the Gallery you just requested the download from and click on the
download icon to start the download.
- If the download link has expired or is not working as expected, you can use the ... 3 dots icon to reset or regenerate the download.
Please be advised that the .zip file, which is made available for download upon request, will be retained for a period of 30 days. Should you fail to retrieve the content within this timeframe, it will be moved to the Expired section of this page and can be reset or regenerated if downloading is needed again.
Although you should expect to receive the email, within 15 minutes, notifying you that your download is ready, if you have not yet received the email for the requested download and it has been over an hour, please check your email's spam or junk folders to ensure that it has not been mistakenly classified as spam. If you still have not received the requested download via email, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Note: If the total download size is large enough, the system may split the download into multiple zip files, which the client will need to download individually. This segmentation helps reduce the risk of connectivity issues during the download process, often caused by slower or intermittent connections, that could result in failure or file corruption.

Accessing Gallery Downloads through Account Portal
When interacting with a Gallery you've been invited to view, its recommended that you create an account when prompted so that you can have future access to your history of interacting with and accessing any Galleries that you've been invited to view. By creating an account through the photographer's Galleries you create your own Account Portal where you can easily access other Galleries, downloads, favorites, and orders.
In the event you do not receive the Gallery Download email, you can always use the Account Portal to access your downloads.
- When visiting a Gallery that you've accessed previously and provided your email address through, click on the
Account Portal icon in the top left-hand corner.
- Enter the email address that has been previously provided or associated with the Gallery. Click Continue.
- If this is the first time you're attempting to access the account portal, you'll be asked to continue without an account or create a free account. Choose the option you'd like to proceed with. If you choose to create an account, you will create a password that will be used for all future access to any Gallery that you are invited to visit from this photographer.
If you've already gone through the above process of selecting to continue without an account, entering your email address will cause the system to generate a confirmation code that will be sent to your email. This will confirm your access to the Gallery and past interactions.
- Copy the access code from the email you receive and enter it into the provided confirmation window.
- Click Enter Gallery.
- After you've enter the access code, or after you've logged into your created account using your password, click on the
account portal icon.
- From the menu that appears, click on Downloads.
How to Download Single Photos/Videos
After gaining access to a Gallery from which you plan to download, if the photographer has only enabled the option to download single pieces of content one by one, you will see the download icon when you hover over a photo's thumbnail.
When you select the download icon, the download of this particular item should initiate directly within your browser window.
Additionally, it is possible to download individual items, subject to the photographer's permission, by accessing the enlarged view of the content. The download icon will be displayed at the top center of the page, positioned above the respective item. By clicking on this button, the download of the specific item will begin directly within your browser window.
Due to the lack of hover functionality on mobile devices, it is necessary to access the enlarged view of a content in order to utilize the option to download a single item.
Downloading A Single Photo On Your Mobile Device

How to Redeem Downloads as a Client
If you have been granted permission to download a specific number of media content from a Gallery, you can do so by clicking on the main download icon located at the top of the Gallery, above the thumbnails.
In order to limit the number of media that can be downloaded, the photographer requires you to log into the Gallery using the designated Client email address. If you have received an invitation to the Gallery and provided your email address, as well as created a password, you should have the necessary access. However, if the Gallery does not recognize you as a client, you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password to verify your authorization to download.
Once you have gained access to the download option, you will be prompted to select the specific media you wish to download.
In the bottom left-hand corner of the media selection screen, you will find information regarding the number of photos/videos you have selected and the remaining number you are allowed to select.
After making your selection, click on the Download button to initiate the download process.
By submitting this request, the selected files will be retrieved for the purpose of downloading and consolidated into a .zip file. Once all content has been gathered into the .zip file and are prepared for download, you will be notified via email that includes the actual downloadable file.
To initiate the download process, simply click on the Download button provided in the email.
Please be advised that the .zip file, which is made available for download upon request, will be retained for a period of 30 days. Should you fail to retrieve the content within this timeframe, it will be necessary to submit a fresh download link request.
Once your download is ready, your screen should refresh and take you to the Downloads screen where you can use the download icon to begin downloading the .zip file of selected photos.
If you have selected a large number of photos it may take some time of the system to generate the files for downloading. Although you should expect to receive a notification when your download is ready, within 15 minutes, if you have not yet received the email containing the ready download and it has been over an hour, please check your email's spam or junk folders to ensure that it has not been mistakenly classified as spam. If you still have not received the requested download via email, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Mobile Downloading
If you are accessing the Gallery using a mobile device and do not immediately see the download icon, you can tap on the vertical ellipsis icon to access additional options available for the Gallery.
How to Download from a Digital Order
Upon purchasing digital media as a Digital Download from the photographer's website or shared Galleries, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address during the order processing or while awaiting the photographer's approval. Photographers are given a period of 21 days to approve orders. If they fail to do so within this timeframe, the orders will be automatically cancelled and the payment will be refunded.
Upon approval of the order and completion of the download processing, another email will be sent to you with the subject "Your photos are ready to download". Within this email, please click on the Download button to initiate the download of the provided zip file(s).
Note: Download files provided for photos that have been ordered will be available for 30 days. If you do not download the files within 30 days, please contact your photographer for further guidance on obtaining your purchased files.
Note: If the total download size is large enough, the system may split the download into multiple zip files, which will need to downloaded individually. This segmentation helps reduce the risk of connectivity issues during the download process, often caused by slower or intermittent connections, that could result in failure or file corruption.
