Zia is Zenfolio’s AI-powered assistant, designed to help you get the most out of your Zenfolio experience. Zia can answer questions about Zenfolio features, guide you through workflows, and has read-only access to your account in order to provide more personalized, relevant support.

When you interact with Zia, your conversations and account data are used to provide you with accurate, helpful responses. Here’s what that means:
- Personalized support. Zia may reference your account details—like storage usage or subscription level – to give you answers tailored to your setup rather than generic guidance.
- Quality improvement. Conversations with Zia may be reviewed by our team to improve accuracy, identify gaps in our documentation, and make Zia more helpful over time. Do not share information with Zia that you wouldn’t share with our support team.
- We don’t use your data to train third-party AI models, sell to advertisers, or share with outside parties. Your information is used to help you, and will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Protecting your intellectual property. Your images, client information, and creative work are never used to build, train, or enrich AI models – ours or anyone else’s.
- Keeping you in control. Zia provides guidance and information. It doesn’t make decisions for you and cannot take actions on your account.
- Evolving transparently. AI is still evolving, and so is Zia. As we introduce new capabilities, we’ll keep you informed about what’s changing and why.
Account Security & Sensitive Information
Zia cannot process or store sensitive financial data. For your protection:
- Do not submit credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details
- Do not share Social Security Numbers (SSN), Employer Identification Numbers (EIN), or tax documents
- Do not attempt to update payment methods through Zia
