Adding Additional Storage For Your Account

Included with each Zenfolio subscription will be a provided amount of storage space; however, if needed, it is possible to expand the amount of Photo and Video storage that is available to use.

Adding Additional Storage

1. In your account, go to  Add-Ons & Tools in the bottom left-hand corner.
2. Then make sure you're viewing the Add-ons page.
3. Choose the Storage tab.
4. Select the subscription frequency of the additional storage – Monthly or Yearly.
5. Choose how much additional storage you'd like to add.
6. Click Purchase. Confirm that your payment information is correct, and then complete the purchase.

After completing the purchase of additional storage, you will then be able to upload more content to your account as long as the subscription for additional storage continues to be renewed each billing period. If at any time the subscription to additional storage space is not or cannot be renewed, your uploaded content that is using that additional storage space will not be deleted. However, you will not be able to upload any additional content until storage space is freed up or purchased again.

Note: Additional storage cannot be purchased during a trial period.
