To edit the Title, Caption, or other information for a specific photo in a gallery, follow these steps:
- Go into the Galleries section of your account.
- From there, select the Gallery that contains the image(s) that you would like to edit the information for.
- With that Gallery open, select a single image in this Gallery.
- With a single image selected, you'll be able to click on the pencil icon in the lower left-hand area of the Gallery page.
- The Edit Detail panel will appear on the right-hand side where you can adjust the information of the selected photo.
If you'd like to change the descriptive text of the image that the visitor to the Gallery will see, you'll want to change the Display Name. By default, the uploaded photos' Filename will be used as the Display Name. If you want to use the Photo Title as the Display Name, instead of the filename, you can customize the Photo Title and then check the box to Use Photo Title as Display Name.
Also, in the Edit Details panel, you will be able to change the Caption, User Comment, Keywords, Alt-Attribute, and Copyright.
If you have uploaded a Watermark through your account settings, you can also select a watermark to use for this specific image and choose the location of that Watermark.
Note: If you have an image selected, changing the Watermark will only apply to that selected image(s), not the entire Gallery.
