As the owner of your photos, you have the ability to download original files back to your computer at any time. You can download photos one at a time, or simply download all of the photos in a Gallery at once.
| Please note that there’s not a way to download all of the photos in every Gallery in your account in one action; rather, bulk downloads must be completed by individual Gallery. |
There are a few different ways to download original photos from your account:
Download an Entire Gallery
- In your account, click on the Galleries icon
. - Select the Gallery you'd like to download photos from.
- Click on the Select All option at the top of the Gallery.
- With all photos selected in the Gallery, click on the Download icon at the bottom of the Gallery.
You will be prompted with a message about the download being sent to your email address, when the download is ready. Once you receive that email, just click on the Download button to download the photos.
Downloading Single Photos
If you don’t want to download photos in bulk, simply download one at a time using these steps:
- In your account, click on the Galleries icon .
- Select the Gallery you'd like to download photos from.
- Click on the photo you'd like to download – selecting that photo.
- With that photo selected in the Gallery, click on the Download icon at the bottom of the Gallery.
Unlike downloading multiple photos at one time, the download of a single photo will begin immediately in the browser.
Note: You can download multiple photos by selecting the thumbnails of each photo you want to download. The photos will be combined into a zip file and sent to your email address.
