Renewing Your Account
All Zenfolio accounts are set up to always renew automatically on your renewal date, otherwise generally understood as the same day each month or year that you signed up for your paid subscription.

Why might an account not renew automatically?
- Automatic renewal requested to be disabled for current subscription.
- Expired or invalid Billing information.
- Attempted charge gets declined by bank.
Account Billing
To ensure that there’s no interruption in service, it’s best practice to make sure that your Billing Information is up to date. Follow these steps to add or update your account's Billing information:
- In your account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
- Choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Billing tab in the Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Credit Card section.
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the card number for your account. Click Save once this is complete.
- If you need to update the Billing Address on the account, this can also be done here.
Account Renewal/Expiration Date
You can find your renewal/expiration date your account's Billing page:
- In your account, click on your name in the top left-hand corner
- Click on Account Settings.
- On the Account Settings page, choose the Billing tab.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions section of the page.
- Here you'll find your account's current subscriptions, their cost, and the date that they will automatically renew.
- If you'd like to Upgrade your account to a higher plan level, you can do this here as well.
Note: The account will be automatically renewed on the stated date of renewal.
Upgrading Your Zenfolio Account
If you're wanting to upgrade your current subscription plan to a higher plan level, this can be done at any time during your current subscription. Please Note: The ProSuite plan is our highest plan level, if you're already subscribed to this plan, you will not have any upgrade options.
- In your Zenfolio account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
- Choose Upgrade Plan from the dropdown menu.
- You can then choose whether you're wanting to pay Annually or Monthly.
- Review the different features of each plan, compared to your current plan, and click on Upgrade for the plan you want.
Complete the payment information to process the upgrade. Your new features should be available immediately once this is completed.
