Using The Content Blocks – Testimonials

Within the Content Blocks for your website, you will find the Testimonial Blocks which will allow you to add real customer testimonials onto any page of your website. 

Adding the Block

1. In your Zenfolio account, use the  Website icon on the left-hand side to open the editor.
2. Within the website editor, if you have a multi-page website, choose which page you want to edit.
3. On that page, click on  icon in the location you want to place this Block, on the right-hand side. 
4. Scroll down through the Block options and choose one of the Testimonial Blocks that you want to add.

Editing the Block

Testimonial Columns

Once you've added the Testimonial Columns Block to your website page, the options for the selected Block will appear on the left-hand side. Here you can add up to 3 testimonials and adjust other settings for how the block looks on your website. If you want to add more Testimonials to your page, you can just select to add another Testimonial Columns block.

• First choose what devices you want this Block to appear on; desktop, tablet, and/or mobile.
• For the Content, this is where you will add and edit each Testimonial. By default, there will be 3 Testimonials present when you add the block and you can edit the information for each of these, If you want to Hide or Delete a Testimonial, you can use the  icon.
• You can also change the Appearance of the Block, adding dividers or padding.
• The Background of the block can also be changed so that is has a different color.

On the right-side of the page, when you have the Block selected, you can control the location and layout of the Block. 

• Use the up and down arrows to move the Block.
• The icon with the + will allow you to duplicate the Block.
• And the trash can icon will allow you to delete the Block. When a Block is deleted there will be a brief moment where you can recover the deleted Block, just use the "Undo Delete" button that appears. Once the undo button goes away, you can no longer recover the Block that was deleted.

Testimonial Slides

Once you've added the Testimonial Slides Block to your website page, the options for the selected Block will appear on the left-hand side. Here you can connect your social account and adjust other settings for how the block looks on your website.

• First choose what devices you want this Block to appear on; desktop, tablet, and/or mobile.
• For the Appearance, you can change the Title of the Block, adjust the animation used to switch between each Testimonial, the speed of the slides, and the width.
• In the Testimonials section, this is where you will add each Testimonial slide. Use the Add Testimonial + button to create a new slide, After adding a slide, click on the specific slide you want to edit. You'll then be able to change the image and text used in the slide. 
• You can also change the Background of the block so that is has a different color.

On the right-side of the page, when you have the Block selected, you can control the location and layout of the Block.

• You can choose a different Layout for the Block.
