Deleting Galleries or Photos

Galleries and individual Photos can be deleted from your account one at a time or in bulk, if you'd like to remove those from being seen and stored in your account. 
 

Deleting an Entire Gallery

1. Click on the Galleries icon on the far left-hand side.
2. Locate and hover with your mouse pointer over the Gallery you want to delete. Click on the ellipsis icon that appears.
3. Choose the Delete option from the menu that appears.

When you do this, you'll be prompted to confirm that you want to delete this Gallery. If you have any Clients or Guests assigned to the Gallery, you'll see a warning message letting you know that those clients would not be able to access the Gallery. This warning and confirmation will look like this:

Bulk Deleting Galleries

1. Click on the Galleries icon located on the far left-hand side.
2. Select a Folder that contains multiple Galleries you wish to delete.
3. Within that Folder, use the checkboxes to the left of each Gallery to indicate which Galleries you intend to delete in bulk.
4. With those Galleries selected, click on the Bulk Actions button.
5. In the dropdown menu that appears, click Delete.
6. A pop-up will appear to confirm your intention to delete the selected Galleries. Please check the "Yes, delete Galleries" option.
7. Then click Confirm to complete the deletion of the Galleries.

Deleting Photos

If there's only certain photos that you'd like to delete from a Gallery, without deleting the entire Gallery, you can choose specific photos to delete. This can be done either by selecting multiple photos, or choosing to delete just one photo. 

1. To delete multiple photos at once, hold the CTRL or COMMAND key on your keyboard and click on each photo you want to delete. Each photo will be selected. You can also hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard and click two different photos, all of the photos between the two selected photos will also be selected.
2. With those photos selected, click on the Delete button at the top right area of the Gallery.

1. To delete one single photo, hover your mouse pointer over that image. Click on the 3 dots icon .
2. Choose the Delete option from the menu that appears.

Restoring Deleted Content

Accidentally Delete a Gallery or Photos? You can restore any Gallery or individual photo, within 30 days of deleting.
