We've all been there; you accidentally deleted photos from a hard drive or camera, without any way to recover them. With your Zenfolio Galleries, there's no need to panic! You can restore recently deleted photos back to their Galleries, within 30 days of deleting.
Note: It is highly recommended that you backup your photos on multiple devices or hard drives, in any situation, to provide additional layers of security in case of unforeseen circumstances that causes a storage location to fail.
If you've accidentally deleted photos from your account, and would like to restore them, follow these steps:
- In your account, click on the Galleries icon
on the far left-hand side. - Then click on the Trash button, in the My Library panel on the left-hand side. If you do not see this My Library panel on the left, click on the Galleries icon again.
- Click on the
icon in the Restore column to restore that photo.
- Select the Gallery where you'd like to restore this photo to.
- Click Done to complete the restore process of the photo.
You can also use this to restore entire Galleries that have been deleted from the account.
