A Contact Form Block allows you to give your clients and site visitors a way to contact you through your website, if they do not already have their contact information. While only one Contact Form Block can be placed on a page, you can however add the Contact Form Block to different pages of your website, increasing the possibility that a client or visitor will use the Contact Form to get in contact with you. A Contact Form Block may be especially useful on a page that describes your photography services, in case someone may need to ask for more information from you.
Adding The Block
- In your Zenfolio account, use the Website icon on the left-hand side to open the editor.
- Within the website editor, if you have a multi-page website, choose which page you want to edit.
- On that page, click on icon in the location you want to place this Block, on the right-hand side.
- Scroll down through the Block options and choose one of the Contact Form Block that you want to add.

You can also change the alignment of text, adjust the text of the submission button, and choose the email to/reply to email address.
- If you want to add additional fields for visitors to fill out, you can choose to add a field to select the Shoot Type they're contacting you about, and/or you can have them select where they found out about your website or services. These will be added to the contact form as dropdown menus and the options to select from should be added like this:
