Gallery Presets allow you to create a preselected set of settings that can be applied to new Galleries created in your account. This is a quick and easy way to apply specific types of settings for specific Shoot Types that you may be uploading to your account. Have a certain setting selection for weddings? Create a weddings Gallery Preset. Have a certain setting selection for graduation portraits? Create a different Gallery Preset for this type of shoot.

- To edit an existing Gallery Preset, move your mouse pointer over the icon and choose Edit. You can also make it the Default, Rename it, Duplicate it, or Delete it.
- After creating, or choosing to edit, a Gallery Preset you can go edit the name of the Preset.
- Also, select a Shoot Type you want this Preset to apply to.

- Select the Gallery you want to view.

NOTE: Gallery Presets are designed as a one time application of settings. Editing a Preset will not change the Settings of all Galleries that had the Preset selected. Settings of the Galleries must be manually adjusted after the Gallery has been created, if changes are wanting to be made. And a preset cannot be applied to a Gallery after creating that Gallery.
Adding Presets to New Galleries
After you've created a Preset, you can now select it when you are creating a new Gallery. In the Gallery creation process, just select which Preset you want to use, during the Shoot Type step.
See this guide for more information about creating new Galleries.
If you have the BookMe add-on for your account, you can also set up a Preset to get applied when a Gallery is automatically created from a new Client booking. To do this, either edit or create a Service and select the Preset you want to be used in the automatically created booking Gallery.
See this guide for more information about creating services in BookMe.
