When logging into your Zenfolio account, you'll be greeted by the account's Dashboard. Or you can go directly to the Dashboard HERE.
The Dashboard will contain icons and information that can give you quick access to various sections of your account, or provide you with a quick glance of information related to your account and Galleries.
Account Navigation
The account navigation icons, found on the left-hand side of your Dashboard will allow you to navigate between the Dashboard, Galleries, and Website Editor.

Click on the Selling icon to view pending or past orders, create/edit Price Lists, create Coupons, see shipping costs, and connect a Payment Processor. The CRM icon will provide you access to your account's Contacts and Email Templates. Here you will find the Clients, Guests, and Visitors that have been added to your contacts, as well as Email Templates that are able to be saved and used for quickly sending out Gallery invites. Click on the question mark icon to access our Support Center. Here you will find helpful guides, like this one. If you need to get in contact with us about any questions you have with your account or have any need for assistance, you can use the Info Center in the top right-hand corner of your account pages to access the LiveChat support. |
Quick Links
The Quick Links at the top of the Dashboard page will provide you with a quick way to begin certain tasks or access select areas within your account. For example, you can use the Quick Links to create a new Gallery in your account or even begin creating a new Blog post (PortfolioPlus and Prosuite only).
Getting Started Guide: Steps for Success
Trial Accounts:
When you first create your account as a trial, you'll be provided with a list of early steps to help you get started. Not only will these guide you through some of the basic tools and actions of managing your account, but you'll also gain additional storage as you complete each step.
Paid Subscriptions:
When you upgrade your account to a paid subscription, the Getting Started guide will provide your account with additional storage space instead of additional trial period days. If all of these steps are completed during the trial period, you'll receive the full storage capacity for your account when you upgrade to a paid subscription.

Gallery Activity
The Gallery Activity box will give you a quick look at each of your Galleries and any actions that have been taken within those Galleries. For example: how many images have been favorited by visitors, how many images have been downloaded, and how many visitors have come to the Gallery.

Website Visitors
The Website Visitors box will give you a quick look at the past weeks visitors to your website overall. For a more Gallery specific look into your website's visitors, you can use the Gallery Activity box on your Dashboard, or you can go to the Activity area of a specific gallery to get a more detailed look.

Revenue
The Revenue box will give you a quick look at the total revenue for your account over a selected time range. This is an easy way to see how much money you've earned from sales in the last month, last several months, last year, or all-time.
Client Campaigns
Campaigns are ready-to-go marketing strategies, that include banners and emails, to help save you time and increase sales. All you need to do is enroll into the campaigns you're wanting to take part in.

Account Guides and Notifications
The i book icon in the top right-hand corner of your account's Dashboard will provide you with guided tutorials on how to complete selected tasks within your account.
The bell icon in the top right-hand corner of your account's Dashboard will provide you with any important account related notifications. For example, you may see a notification here about your account's upcoming or past due renewal.

Accounts Settings and Logout
Also in the top right-hand corner you'll find your account's profile picture and your name. Clicking on either of these will allow you to access the Settings of your account or you can Logout of your account.
Within your account Settings, you can make changes to various information related to your account including email address, password, shoot types, watermarks & other logos, and adjusting notification settings.
Account Storage
Also in the bottom left-hand area, the current usage of your account storage space will be found. You can quickly see how much storage space you have remaining to upload photos and videos. If you're nearing 100% of your available storage space, you can use the Manage Storage link to purchase additional storage space, or you'll need to remove photos from the account to make some room for new uploads. *Note: Additional storage can only be purchased with paid subscriptions. If your account is still within its free trial period, you will not be able to purchase additional storage until the account has been upgraded to a paid subscription.
Gallery Presets
Using Gallery Presets allows you to create preselected default settings for your Galleries that can be selected when you create a new Gallery, or even added to existing Galleries.
